Each Sunday we gather to hear the Word of God and to share Holy Communion. We tell the story of our Christian faith - God's story - from our creation to our redemption through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. All who seek the presence of Christ in their lives are then welcomed to the table to receive the body and blood of Christ. Please come join us as we receive the grace of God through His Son Jesus. Come as you are-Jesus comes to us when we need Him most.

We believe that if we strengthen our CORE, we will become healthier and stronger; have greater endurance; be less prone to injury; and will recover from injuries more quickly
